Kelsey's journey into the world of massage began during her travels through Southeast Asia in her early 20s, igniting a passion that would become her life's work. After acquiring her Massage and Esthetics licensing in her home state of New York, Kelsey embarked on a relentless pursuit of excellence, merging the best of Eastern and Western modalities into her practice. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves a personalized, balanced treatment, and she takes immense pride in creating a sacred "me" time for her clients, recognizing it as an essential component of holistic wellness. 

Colleen is a powerhouse in the world of wellness, boasting an impressive 18-year career as a National Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Practitioner. Her expertise spans a wide array of therapeutic massage modalities, and she has gained renown for crafting custom spa treatments that bring restoration and renewal to her cherished clientele. Beyond her massage mastery, Colleen's dynamic presence extends to being a group fitness instructor, a personal yoga trainer, and an inspiring teacher, all rooted in a profound love for movement and mindfulness. She thrives on the profound privilege of guiding her clients toward the elusive equilibrium they seek in their lives, both in the realms of massage and fitness.

Mikelles’ holistic touch is inspired by her formal massage training in Costa Rica. She has an abundance of enthusiasm for the human body and allows her clients to find healing and rest through her restorative bodywork. She works with a variety of pressures and modalities including: Relaxing Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage. Mikelle works to create a comfortable environment that encourages deep tranquility and relaxation; and she finds happiness in the wellbeing of her clients.

Lauren Schalski is a licensed Esthetician with a focus towards skincare and curating bespoke solutions for her clients.
Her goal is to create effective treatments that produce lasting results while providing a genuine and nurturing environment.

She knows each client's journey is unique and embraces these needs whether it's skincare related, cosmetic, or the simple desire to "treat yourself".
