DERMAPLANE FACIAL
This exfoliating treatment gently removes the top layer of dead cells and vellus hair (aka, peach fuzz,") to stimulate cellular turnover and reveal softer, more even skin. Milia Extractions
During a facial treatment, your Esthetician can remove milia (a keratin build-up) by lancing the area and manually extracting the dead skin build up. This is not a typical extraction and does require professional help to successfully remove a milia without scarring.
Cosmedix Peel Add-On (Facial and Decollete)
During your facial, your esthetician will apply a metabolic peel to the desired area (face and/or decollete). A metabolic peel is for those looking to lighten hyperpigmentation, even tone, fade fine lines/wrinkles, correct texture and heal acne-prone skin. This peel works with your skin’s own chemistry to help encourage healthy exfoliation and renewal. There is little to no downtime with a metabolic peel.
LED Mask
LED therapy has many benefits and depending on what your needs are we will choose between Red, Blue, Purple or Green LED. Red LED is known to stimulate collagen, increase fibroblast production, and increase hyaluronic production which can lead to stronger elasticity and a more youthful appearance. Blue LED is for reducing bacteria and inflammation, best for acne-prone clients or clarifying facials. Purple LED is a combination of both red and blue. Green LED has calming properties to reduce inflammation in clients with rosacea and sensitive skin. It is also suggested to help reduce hyperpigmentation by decreasing production of melanocytes.
High Frequency
During a high frequency treatment, enriched oxygen molecules are produced that create an antibacterial action and natural thermal tissue warming. High Frequency oxygenates the surface of the skin, killing P.acnes bacteria and contracts blood vessels minimizing inflamed skin after extractions. This helps prevent breakouts and heal extracted areas during treatment. Perfect for the client who is looking for a clarifying treatment or has a history of breakouts.
