Cancellation Policy

At BHAV Spa, we deeply value each and every client in our close-knit community and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide exceptional services. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure the sustainability of our Therapists' livelihoods and the longevity of our business. We want to create a harmonious experience for everyone.

Booking Confirmation: Upon scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our firm 48-hour cancellation policy. Your reserved time is dedicated solely to you, and we appreciate your commitment to honoring it.

Unforeseen Circumstances: We recognize that life is filled with unexpected events such as childcare issues, snow days, loss of loved ones, work obligations, sudden illnesses, car troubles, and more. While we empathize with your situations, our policy remains firm without exception.

Communication Preferences: To assist you in keeping track of your appointments, we send both email and text reminders three days prior to your scheduled visit. Your personal and private life belongs to you, and we respect your need for privacy.

Cancellation Charges:

  • No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the booked services.

  • Services canceled 2 days or 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged at 50% of the booked amount.

Flexible Adjustments: Appointments cannot be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled via email. To make adjustments before the 48-hour cancellation window, you can conveniently manage your appointments online or contact us through phone or text. Please confirm cancellation through phone or text if done within the 48-hour timeframe.
