You can make a reservation by calling our spa directly or by using our convenient online booking system on our website. Our friendly staff is also available to assist you with any questions and to help you schedule your appointment.

We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this cancellation policy time - Irrespective of any illness, COVID-19 etc.

During your first visit, you'll receive a warm welcome from our staff. You may be asked to fill out a brief intake form to help us understand your preferences and any specific concerns depending upon your selected treatment. Your Massage  Therapist or Esthetician will then consult with you to customize your treatment to your unique needs.

For most body treatments, we recommend disrobing to your comfort level. Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. During facials or tinting services, you can wear comfortable clothing or use the provided robes.

Any gift cards sold in store will no longer have a 16 digit redemption code.

Gift cards will no longer be kept on file or tracked through our business. Therefore, your gift card is like gold and you will need it to redeem the value of your gift card.

Gift cards are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. The value of your gift card may be used towards any service or any products in store. Gift cards may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
